Greece-based lingerie company Luna has introduced a corsetry, loungewear and lingerie line for the spring 2010 season running in the Spectacular, Iconic, Legend, Delight and Vanity collections. Shades in the line include white, black, light blue, mint, white, pink, aqua, and tan, among others.
European sizes run from 70 to 90, B to D; equivalent to U.S. sizes 32 through 40, A through C. Luna’s wholesale prices tend to run from approximately $12 to $65, with an approximate retail range of $24 to $130. Pieces included in this line are corsets, bustiers, brazilian slips, boxers, thongs, jumpers, trousers, and molded, balconette, and padded push-up bras.
Spectacular includes “high quality embroidery”, mesh and modal fabric. Iconic includes corsetry made from microfiber and embellished with mesh, as well as tops, shorts, T-shirts and trousers made from modal fabric. Legend includes molded lace bras and corsetry decorated with a leaves design.
The “romantic” Delight bra line is also made from lace embellished with embroidery, and includes balconette, un-covered push-up, padded push-up, and wired balconette styles with a matching slip, thong and boxer short. Vanity’s corsets are made from light mesh and double mesh embellished with strips for a “comfortable” look, according to the company. It is available in white, pink, and aqua.
