(Filed Under Fashion News). According to reports, Juicy Couture will be closing its Madison Avenue retail location due to high rent. The company, a division of Liz Claiborne, Inc., reportedly has been paying $2 million a year in rent to maintain its two-level store at Madison and 70th St.

Store associates at Madison could not give out any information on when the location will officially close its doors. Investor relations staff at Liz Claiborne could not be reached for comment.
