(Filed Under wholesale Mastectomy News). Amoena USA Corporation has expanded its line of symmetry shapers for women who have undergone breast surgeries, or who want to correct natural asymmetry. The line, entitled Amoena Balance, includes the first symmetry shaper with the company's patented Comfort+ technology, which gives women the benefit of temperature-equalizing material, smooth and tapered edges for a seamless fit, and an attachable option with skin-friendly secure adhesive.
The shapers, which are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, are made of a new, softer silicone exclusive to the company. Wholesale prices range from $85 to $125, and retail between $170 and $250. Amoena also produces pocketed bras and swimwear to hold breast forms and shapers in place.
"Our hope is that every woman — whether she's had lumpectomy, radiation, reduction or other surgery, or simply if she needs a little 'something extra' to help with natural asymmetry — can feel self-assured in her clothing, in every situation," said Valerie Esquilla, breast form and textile product manager for Amoena. "With proper fit of one of our shapers, nothing is off-limits: evening gowns, swimsuits, and form-fitting tops will look great, and the women who wear them will feel great."
