(Filed Under wholesale Lingerie News). Sally Jones, a retro-inspired lingerie and accessories brand designed and manufactured out of Australia, is basing its 2010 collection, titled Being In Love, on styles from the 1940’s and 1950’s. Included are high-waisted panties, bras, bed jackets, nightdresses, thigh-high stockings, and gloves made from French laces and silks in subdued shades of pink, cameo, silver and fuchsia. Sizes run from XS through XL at a wholesale price range of $20 to $200, and a retail range of $50 to $350. Being In Love will start shipping to stores in early December.
The five-year-old company’s merchandise can be found in La Petite Coquette in New York City, and in Dillard’s stores nationwide. Sally Jones, designer and CEO of the company, attends the CurveNY and CurveNV shows annually in an effort to expand further into the U.S. market. “Due to the economic climate, we would like to cement our relationship with Dillard’s and continue looking after our current high-end boutique stores. We ideally would like to be stocked in Nordstrom.”
Internationally, Sally Jones can be found in department stores and specialty boutiques in more than 20 countries.
