(Filed Under wholesale Costume News). Men's underwear wholesale and distribution company Great Deals Distribution has added costumes to its merchandise with the launch of new brand Candyman. The company debuted the brand's introductory line, which consists of approximately 30 sexy men's costumes, at this summer's MAGIC show. Wholesale prices run up to $29.94 for an entire outfit including accessories, and average at $20. Sizes run from S through XL.

According to Camilo Escobar, vice president of Great Deals Distribution, the company decided to add men's costumes to their offerings—which consists mainly of men's intimates—due to a need on the marketplace. The company's additional brands include Clever, Pikante and PPÜ. “We started exploring sexy men's underwear, and between sexy lingerie and costumes there is a very fine line, so we thought, why not [add costumes]?” He said. “There is very little competition for men's costumes out there, and I think our timing was great since we launched so close to Halloween. From the feedback I got at MAGIC, I believe that line will be very successful. It is very unique; fun and sexy, yet still tasteful.”

He added that most of the company's customers, including Erogenous.com, are going to try Candyman this season. Other Great Deals customers include Undergear.com, TopDrawers.com and Skiviez.com, as well as specialty boutiques nationwide.
