Shugofta: Inside what looks like a giant dull warehouse, across the hustle and bustle of the Fountains at Stafford, is where all the magic happens; it would be hard to imagine this is where the sexiest styles of lingerie, clubwear, swimwear, costumes, and hosiery are kept. We are delighted to say we’ve been in business for only a year and have grown significantly since then; our current 40,000+ sq ft warehouse/office space is no longer able to accommodate us, thus we are in the process of moving to a new location by the end of the year with the anticipated square footage of 150K+! Meeting our clients every need is our priority, thus having an immense warehouse for substantial inventory is essential. Being solely an online retailer, our website is our boutique, and one we are rather proud of. Our webmasters spare no effort meeting the needs of our clients, making sure spurst.com is completely secure, user-friendly, visually appealing, and undemanding to navigate.
Ted: What makes your store special?
Shugofta: Our staff is dedicated to ensuring every customer’s lingerie buying experience is a pleasant one from the instant they visit our website to the moment they slip into their lovely purchases. Ted: What do you look for in a brand?
Shugofta: Trendy, versatile, affordable and comfortable. These are the key components we consider when looking for a brand to carry. Some of the top designers we carry are Espiral, Seven ‘til Midnight, Dreamgirl, iCollection, Baci, Escante, Leg Avenue and Elegant Moments. Prior to carrying a brand, we make sure their products are up to par with what we think our customers deserve, and that is nothing less than the best. The products we carry represent us, therefore not only do we carefully select designers, each item is also handpicked by our key buyers. Since we process thousands of orders a day meeting deliveries and product availability are essential in a valued vendor relationship.

Shugofta: The beauty of fashion is it’s always changing, and the same goes for lingerie. Our buyers are constantly looking for the latest trends and new inventory styles. Shugofta: Whether you are an extra small diva or a 4x curvaceous queen, we have lingerie for everyone! Sexy is not a feeling that should be limited to a woman or girl of a certain body frame. We believe every woman, curvy or petite should have the opportunity to show off her body the way she wants to, and we will provide her with the lingerie she needs to do so! Ted: What is your average customer size?
Shugofta: One benefit of being an online retailer is to be able to provide to basically everyone on the Internet, giving us an insight of all the beautiful shapes and sizes of women everywhere. Because we are able to cater to anyone, it is hard to have an “average” customer size. We sell as many plus size styles as we do smaller styles, and that should be exciting news for all women, whether you sell lingerie or just enjoy wearing it!

Shugofta: The average a customer spends per visit at our online store continuously fluctuates. Sometimes customers come to our website and go on a shopping frenzy, and other times they are searching for one specific style. If I had to give a number, I would say the range is anywhere from $50 to $250 per visit!
Ted: Describe your customer base.
Shugofta: Our customer base might be a little different than other lingerie boutiques being that we are based online. Since we are a lingerie store, the majority of our customers tend to be women. However the Internet has made shopping for lingerie effortless for men as well. These men were once nervous about stepping into an intimate boutique but can now leisurely browse through our website in the comfort and privacy of their own homes to pick out sexy pieces for their lovers. We cater to anyone who wants to look and feel sexy from the age of 18 to 118!
