Q&A with Adrienne Francis & Linda Curley, Co-Owners.

Ted Vayos, BODY: Describe your store.

Adrienne Francis & Linda Curley:
Our store is located in a quant little strip mall in The heart if Greenhills. We decided to open in this location because it was part of my great aunts old store Rebecka Vaughan Lingerie. All of our current customers already knew where we were located & so did other business’s that send us new customers. Our store is a little over 1,500 sqft. We have three generous dressing rooms. Are key categories are bras,shape wear & sleepwear. 

Ted: What makes your stores special?

Adrienne & Linda: Our store is special simply because we are bra fitters & we take great pride in that. We also pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. I believe we go above & beyond to take care of our customers.

Ted: What do you look for in a brand?

Adrienne & Linda: What we look for in a intimate brand is quality & how quickly the company ships. Some of the brands that are important to us are Anita, Simone Perele, Eveden, Prima Donna & Chantelle. All of these brands are wonderful and are very good quality. Their customer service people are also very nice to work with. The most recent new comers to our store are Yummie Tummie,T.C Intimates & Body Hush. 

Ted: What are the latest trends?

Adrienne & Linda: The popular styles in our area are still the smooth t shirt bra in nude hands down. For something a little different customers like to tweak their favorite t shirt bra with the fashion colors of the season. A dress or top will look its best if you have the proper fitting bra. Women underestimate the impact the right bra can have on their appearance.

Ted: Describe your price points and size ranges.

Adrienne & Linda: Our price points range from $ 42-$124. Our size range starts at a 32AA-52N & 56H. 

Ted: What is your typical or
average customer size?

Adrienne & Linda: We have a very varied customer size range. Since our goal is to provide all size ranges for our customers. It’s really hard to narrow down. We have what we call the average size customer which is 34B’s & C’s up to the 40-44HH’s and so on up to our N cups. 

Ted: What does the average customer spend per visit to your store?

Adrienne & Linda: Around $75 per visit.

Ted: Describe your customer.

Adrienne & Linda: Our typical customer is in their late 20’s through their 70’s & even up into the 90’s however it’s not unusual for us to have a full busted teenager & we also have beginner bras. 

Ted: What else can you tell us about your business?

Adrienne & Linda: In today’s economy we strive to provide quality at a reasonable price which can be very difficult in these times.
