CLO At Evolution

CLO intimo will present its new season and new collection, Salento, at the upcoming Evolution Concept show in New York, January 31 and February. This is CLO’s 22nd year in business and 44th collection.

“Our new selections are inspired by the town of Salento Colombia; a beautiful, picturesque, colonial town surrounded by spectacular greenery, rolling hills and home to the vast collection of colorful flowers and birds,” explained designer and founder Claudia Ochoa.

“For those who come to our booth we are offering free samples for your staff and a micro bra and adjustable thong promotion: buy 10 get 2 free. These stunning pieces are made from our exclusive best-selling Fortuna lace collection and are in 12 vibrant colors. This season we will be expanding our Fortuna lace collection with a new color every month, and are bring back lots of other favorites.”

“Also, in our exclusive Fortuna Adama lace, we have two favorite bras, our demi soft bra in a longer line version, and our very popular front closure bralette. In our Malla mesh collection, we now have Curvas in a triangle bra and another very popular shelf underwire. All four have been constructed with additional fabric and heavier straps for added support,” for the larger, Curvas sizes she explained. “The sizing keeps the band sizes the same small, medium large and XL, but with an expanded cup that will accommodate D-EE. They can be paired with matching panties that size up to XL. They are quickly becoming a favorite for stores as many have expressed for some time that their larger customers love the CLO style but were never able to fit into some of our bras.” 

“Keeping with our strategy of 100% made in Colombia, which includes all fabrics, components, and cut and sew, we are continuing our long-standing relationship with one of the world’s best producers of high-quality lace based in Colombia. The machines are highly complex; German made and have 3168 needles that need to be

individually threaded, with set up taking a full three days. As such, their quality is second to none which is why we continue our 20 year relationship with our exclusive patterns and designs.”
