CLO Intimo  is celebrating an “enthusiastic retail response to its newest Salento Collection, alongside the successful launch of its new Fortuna Lace panty program,” according to founder Claudia Ochoa. “It always feels wonderful to receive such a positive response to our new collections and to hear thoughtful feedback from our longtime friends,” she continued.

CLO was at the recent Evolution show in Manhattan, and voiced her “gratitude to longtime retail partners and the many new stores welcoming the brand.” The new, colorful panty program has quickly become a standout she explained. It was created by re-purposing archived Fortuna lace from previous production colors, and features CLO’s best-selling, one-size adjustable string thong in a vibrant assortment. The initiative “combines sustainability with strong retail value, offered as a buy 10, get two free. A coordinating micro bra is slated to launch in the coming months, further expanding the offering.

Staying true to its 100% Made in Colombia strategy, CLO Intimo continues to source all fabrics, components, and production locally. The brand maintains a 20-year relationship with one of Colombia’s premier lace  producers, whose German-engineered machines—each with 3,168 individually threaded needles—require three full days of setup. “The result is exceptional craftsmanship and exclusive lace patterns that remain central to the brand’s identity.” Founded in 2003, CLO Intimo is based in New York with showrooms in New York and Los Angeles, warehousing and shipping from Miami, and production in Medellín—known as the “City of Eternal Spring”—where small, family-owned ateliers bring each piece to life.
