Victoria’s Secret Plans U.K. Openings

Limited Brands, Inc. announced they will be opening several London-area Victoria’s Secret stores next summer, including a 16,000-square-foot flagship location on New Bond Street.

Limited Brands is currently planning on opening 130 Victoria’s Secret, Victoria’s Secret Pink, Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Accessories, La Senza and Bath & Body Works stores outside of the U.S. in markets including Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America. The company said they will test the new markets by opening mall locations before standalone stores in most cases.

The company also stated they are considering bringing Canada-based La Senza lingerie stores to the United States. There are currently 250 La Senza locations in Canada, with 40 more stores slated to open by the end of 2011.
