Net income nearly doubled in the second quarter for Delta Galil, as sales rose 9%. The firm earned $32.760 million on record sales of $511.636 million in Q2, compared to a profit of $16.736 million on sales of $470.124 million last year.

The company noted that during the second quarter it “received a cash refund of $33 million related to prior U.S. tariffs,” adding that it “intends to re-invest a portion of it into new strategic incremental growth initiatives, including investments to expand the Company’s manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.”

CEO Isaac Dabah stated “we delivered an outstanding second quarter that meaningfully strengthened the momentum established in the first quarter and demonstrated broad-based progress across our business. Excluding the benefits of an IEEPA tariff refund, we achieved record second-quarter sales and an all-time record gross margin of 45.2%, as well as double-digit growth in all other profitability indicators.”

Delta Galil reaffirmed its 2026 guidance, predicting that full year sales will be in the range of $2.294 billion to $2.328 billion (compared to $2.1189 billion in 2025), and that net income will be $123 million to $116 million (compared to $102.6 million last year).
