Clo intimo’s Fall/Winter “Seven Cabañas-Guachalito” collection was inspired by the
tropical paradise located in Guachalito, a beach town on the remote west coast of
Colombia.
Here the rain forest meets the Pacific at the Gulf of Tribuga, a spawning ground for
humpback whales. In addition to inspiring the fashions, the area also served as the
background for the photos shown here.
Designer and founder Claudia Ochoa, who was born in Colombia and worked there and
in the U.S. for a number of prominent apparel brands, including her own, “developed a
style based on the ultra-sexiness of my Colombian girls combined with the need for
everyday fashion of the fast-paced, NYC girls,” as she explains it.
“Our customer is young minded, between 20 and 60, in touch with her femininity, likes to
feel and look feminine and sexy. Youthful at any age,” she continued.
“We have exclusive lace patterns made by one the best lace producers in the world in
our Fortuna Lace and Selva Eco Lace collections; plus collections with Mesh, Tulle,

“We currently produce sizes S to XL; and a lace underwire balconette in our Fortuna
collection sized: 32 to 38, B to DD. We can produce any size range we like, we just
need to have enough sales for production, so we expand the size range as requested
from our stores. We have made XS to 4XL for some private label projects so we have
experience at any size.”
“We are known for our colors. We don’t look at trend books, we look to our inspiration
for each collection and pull colors from that. Colors that frankly please us. Colors that
we see carry an actual message.”
Wholesale prices for the collection range from $10 to $22 for panties; $18 to $44 for
bras; and $42 to $64 for Chemises, robes and bodysuits. Contact husband and partner
